Presley, an affectionate, loving, cherished Rottweiler, had a bit of a rough start. Diagnosed with a heart condition when she was only six months old, Presley’s family was devastated at the news that her prognosis wasn’t promising.
Presley’s dad, Jamie, and their heartbroken family took her home and started researching everything they could find on her condition: how to manage it, what the best strategy was, and how to give Presley the best life possible.
A diet rich in fish and seafood has been associated with a reduced risk of heart attack and stroke. Jamie learned this information and bought a bag of ORIJEN Six Fish – Champion’s most nourishing fish-based diet – hoping it would be the answer to the family’s prayers.
“I’m very grateful for Presley’s health,” says dad, Jamie, “and I’m very confident that ORIJEN played a big role in that.”
Aside from loving the new food, Presley seemed to be feeling better and had more energy. She and her big, soft heart are both doing well, and her family is overjoyed knowing that their beloved family member is healthy and thriving. Her days are filled with playing, taking her humans for walks, smiling for the camera, and snuggling in for midday snoozes. And the best part? Her family gets to have even more time with their beloved little warrior.
