Usually featured in dairy and beverage industries, CIP is an automated cleaning system which ensures the proper time, temperature and turbulence for cleaning, thus elevating food safety capabilities.

Our DogStar® kitchens’ track and trace system follows and records ingredients throughout the kitchens at every location of use, storing the information in a two-dimensional package code which can be traced back to an individual supplier.
