
CAUGHT WILD BY LOCAL INDEPENDENT CANADIAN FISHERMEN FROM OUR COLD NORTHERN LAKES, our Northern Walleye, Lake Whitefish and Northern Pike are native to the myriad freshwater lakes across northern Canada.
Wild-caught year round using sustainable practices, our world-class freshwater fish are whisked from cold northern lakes, passed ‘fit for human consumption’ and then delivered FRESH so they’re bursting with richly nourishing proteins and omega-3 fatty acids.
To preserve their natural goodness and amazing flavor, we use special low-temperature (90c) processing to steam-cook our fish, without any water added for processing.
