Lake Whitefish is a true North American specialty that thrives in freshwater lakes across Canada. As a member of the salmon family, Lake Whitefish is sometimes referred to as “white salmon.”

Wild-caught using from the icy depths of our pristine northern Canadian lakes, Lake Whitefish is a rich source of protein and contains more omega-3 fatty acids than pink salmon.

Delivered fresh from our clean, clear local lakes, Northern Lake Whitefish are 100% preservative -free.


FRESH NORTHERN PIKE | ALBERTA & SASKATCHEWAN
Our native Northern Pike thrives in the lakes and rivers surrounding our factory.

Ranking third among freshwater species caught commercially in the Canadian north, the Pike is an excellent food fish and its lean flesh provides a rich source of protein, niacin, selenium and vitamin B12.

Delivered FRESH each day, our Northern Pike has the added advantage that its protein is highly digestible, and is more readily broken down than proteins in meats and poultry.
