Free of antibiotics and hormone enhanced feed, our fresh Alberta turkey is passed ‘fit for human consumption’ by the Government of Canada before arriving at our door FRESH (never frozen), and bursting with proteins and fats to nourish completely.

To preserve the fresh natural goodness and flavor, we use special low-temperature (90c) processing to steam-cook our turkey in its own juices, with no water added for processing.
