CAUGHT BY LOCAL FISHERMEN OFF NORTH VANCOUVER ISLAND our Salmon, Herring and Flounder are all native to Canada’s pristine coastal waters, which enjoy an international reputation of quality.

Fresh salmon are wild-caught during the fishing season, farmed during the off season and delivered fresh year round from British Columbia’s coastal waters. Pacific herring and Pacific flounder are wild-caught from Vancouver’s pristine North Pacific Ocean.

Passed ‘fit for human consumption’ our salmon, herring and flounder are loaded with richly nourishing proteins and omega-3 fatty acids — all cooked in their own juices at low-temperature (90c) to preserve their natural fresh-caught goodness.
