Certified to meet or exceed every pet food standard, our award-winning factory and foods are certified by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the European Union.

Our Quality Assurance team applies the strictest standards to our ingredients and products.

• At all stages of production and preparation, we utilize both Good Manufacturing Principals (GMP), a worldwide system for the control and management of manufacturing and quality control testing of foods, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Analysis (HACCP), a systematic preventive approach to food safety.
• Our quality management systems extend beyond our factory to all of our ingredient suppliers. All animal ingredients are government (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) certified and produced exclusively from animals passed ‘fit for human consumption’.
• All ingredients are produced in dedicated ‘human grade’ facilities.
• Our fresh poultry, meats and fish all produced within our region and meet the AAFCO definition for fresh, where refrigeration is the only form of preservation. No preservatives are used and our local ingredients are never frozen.
• Every kibble is produced within our own, award-winning factory here in Alberta, Canada. We own and operate our own factory, and we only sell what we make.
• None of our foods are co-packed or co-labeled.
